GrowthRelay AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the GrowthRelay AI platform and the ListingForge tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Account data: Name, email address, workspace name, and password (hashed — never stored in plain text) when you register.

Payment data: We do not store credit card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, who stores payment information under their own privacy policy. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Product content: Photos you upload to generate listings are stored in our cloud storage to generate your outputs. You can delete them at any time.

Usage data: Credit consumption, listing generation history, and feature usage logs to operate the service and prevent abuse.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic request logs for security and debugging purposes.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, listing ready notifications)
• Monitor and enforce usage limits (credits)
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your product photos or generated outputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Gemini API — AI image and text generation (your product photos are sent to Google's API to generate outputs)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• AWS S3 / compatible storage — file storage

Each provider operates under their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary to provide the Service.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after deletion to allow for account recovery.

Product photos are retained until you delete them or delete your account.

Payment and billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.

Request logs are retained for 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing activities
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

We use only essential cookies required to keep you logged in (authentication token). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

Your theme preference (light/dark mode) is stored in your browser's local storage, not as a cookie, and is never transmitted to our servers.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
• Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Access to production systems is restricted and logged
• API keys and secrets are stored as environment variables, not in code

No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to admin@growthrelay.ai.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We ensure that any such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
