Terms of Service

By accessing or using GrowthRelay AI ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered accounts, and paying subscribers.

GrowthRelay AI provides AI-powered tools for ecommerce sellers, including but not limited to ListingForge — a product listing generation tool that produces AI-generated images, titles, descriptions, and tags from product photos.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

GrowthRelay AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

Credits: Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. One listing generation costs 5 credits.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days at admin@growthrelay.ai.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Use the Service to generate content that is deceptive, misleading, or violates third-party marketplace policies (including Etsy, Amazon, and Shopify)
• Resell or redistribute generated outputs as a standalone AI service
• Use automated tools to create accounts or generate content in bulk beyond your plan limits

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Your content: You retain ownership of any product photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant GrowthRelay AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating your listing outputs.

Generated outputs: AI-generated images, titles, descriptions, and tags produced by the Service are provided to you for commercial use in your ecommerce listings. We make no warranty that generated outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims.

Our IP: The Service, its code, design, branding, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of GrowthRelay AI.

Outputs generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outputs unsuitable for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing it on any platform.

GrowthRelay AI does not guarantee that generated content will comply with any specific marketplace's listing policies. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the rules of any platform you use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthRelay AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at admin@growthrelay.ai. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas, United States.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
